Shipping Rates
1.) Search by using our Menue
Our Online Shop is separated in four sections (Chevy-Shop, Ford-Shop, Dodge-Shop and Universal), these sections can be found in our top menue below our header (see pic A). Once chosen the desired shop, the most simple method will be the search within our categories (left side), where you can select your vehicle or/and choose a brand name to determine the correct parts fast and easy (see pic B). Additional Note : In the "Universal" section you will find all kind of parts, that can be used for various vehicles, e.g. Light Bulbs, Car Care, Wheels, ...

If you have selected a certain category, you will find your search results listed at the center area of our shop. But often the amount of results are too much to view them all, so you can close-in your search by adding more filters, shown on top of the list (see pic C). If the search has been closed-in and no more filters are available, you can scroll down the list which is sorted in alphabetic order. If you have found an interesting product, there are three ways to view the related item description: click on the thumb, the item title or the "DETAILS" button (see pic D).

2.) Search by using the Power Search
At various items we have added the manufacturer´s item number, so if you know the correct numbers you can also use them to search in our Power Search (see pic E). Unfortunately not all items have this feature, so if you did not find the requested item, try searching through the vehicle categories like described above in the first chapter. If more than one item appears in your search by manufacturer´s numbers, the reason might be, that some manufacturers might use the same item number, in this case you can use an additional filter to display only the itmens of one manufacturer (see pic F).

3.) Item Description
If you have selected an item description, you will see our vendor´s graphic just below the item name (see pic G), if you click on these graphics, you will get a selection of all items of the same manufacturer, that are available in our online shop. On the right hand of the item picture you will find the basket area (see pic H) with details like the MSRP, shipping price samples (linked to our price list), our selling price, possible discounts on quantities (if available). To order a shown item, just click on the "Add to Cart" buttom, if you want multipe items, you can change the number of items before you put them into your basket.

4.) Stock/Availability
On each item description we have placed a graphic that shows, how many of this item we have on stock. Just use the mouseover effect to get the details displayed, green colour stands for good availability and it also shows you the correct number (see pic I), orange states, that only a few are left, red means that we are out of stock at the moment. A stock/availability graphic is also displayed beside every item that is in your basket (see pic J).

5.) How to order / Login-Area
If you have put the requested number of items into the virtual basket, where you can control and adjust your order if requested, you may click the Checkout button, where you will be forwarded to the Login area or if you are already logged in, you will be forwarded to the Checkout section. Here you can insert a coupon code from our newsletter, credit, web promo or other add (see pic K), which will then deduct the related amount from your invoice. If you are not logged in, pls fill out the new customer form or if you are a returning customer, just insert your Login datas (see pic L). The Instant Purchase is only an option for one time customers, as there will be no Login for the future and it also has no SSL script available !

If you are logged into the shop system and want to submit your order you will reach the final checkout section (see pic M), where you can check your order and submit vehicle specific informations, that might help to avoid wrong applications, you can also leave us a message. At least you will have to confirm our terms by clicking the checkbox and afterwards you can use the "BUY NOW" button to finally send your order to us. If you have multiple items and some of them are not available now (would have to be ordered in USA which can take upt to 8 weeks), you may check the slit order button, then your order will be splitted and you will receive two shipments, one with th items that are available and one with your backorders (only in Sweden).

6.) Order Confirmation
As soon as you have clicked the "BUY NOW" button, you will see a page with the summit of your order. If you find any mistake in your address informations, just click on the text link to change your datas. If there are mistakes you can not correct by yourself, just give us a short note by email, fax, letter, ...
You will receive an order confirmation automatically from our shop system, if you do not receive an email afterwards, pls check if the email address you gave us is correct, also possible could be a blocking by your Spam filter. If you have received the order confirmation, pls check content again, below you will also find a link to your invoice as .PDF-File.
7.) Payments
We do not accept payments others than Cash (shop at our store), Pre-Payment via Bank Account (Swift or else) or PayPal/Credit Card. Pls understand that we do not have the time, nor want to take the risk to deal with collect shipments or bank withdraws that may cause chargebacks.
If you have chosen Pre-Payment, you will receive all relevant datas via email in our order confirmations, but you have also the choice to view our account datas in our Imprint (top/right position in our online shop).
8.) Shipping & Delivery Time
Items that are available now will be sent out as soon as the payment is confirmed. Split orders (some parts are available, some are on backorder) will only be sent out if the checkbox is marked in the checkout form (read chapter 5). Parts that are on backorder may take up to 12 weeks to be available, depending on suppliers and general availability, also depending on size and weight (sea freight/air freight), not to forget the risk of theft, damages, custom problems and so on ...
Delivery time starts same day as we recive your payment, the order date is not relevant for us (except you are a premium customer :-). In case we have trouble to get the parts you have ordered (discontinued or other reasons), we will try harder to find the parts somewhere else, no matter what it takes, we will also try to keep you updated about the status of your order, but keep in mind that we have a lot orders to handle, so if you are not sure, just give us a short note or call us. As soon as we receive the parts for your order we will immediately arrange shipping to you. Generally we control the contents to avoid any damages or missing pieces. The day we ship your parts, you will receive a tracking email from our shop system (except truck freight), so you can follow your goods on their way. As soon as tracking has been sent, the order is marked as shipped in your customer login.
9.) Discounts
There are various methods to save money when you buy from us:
- Discounts for Quantities are available for some items
- 5% Club Discount for members of US-Car-Clubs and Forums
- 5% Affiliate Discount (Internet Banners)
- 5% ShowCar Discount (Promo Vehicles)
- Dealer Discounts (settings have to be made through us)*
